Dear MOL Members, the FPX payment system allows you to reload MOLPoints instantly from your savings account of participating banks.

Please note:

• You must first have an online banking account with one of the following banks:
  
• You MAY also be required to key in an Authentication Code, such as the TAC for Maybank2U.com or the PAC for Public Bank. For more information on Authentication Codes, please visit your respective bank’s website.
• Minimum Reload is RM20.00 and maximum is RM500.00
• The maximum amount that you can have in your MOL Member account at any one time is RM500.00

STEP 1:

Visit http://www.mol.com and login to your MOL Member account by keying in your username and password. If you do not have an existing MOL Member account please click here to register.

STEP 2:

Once you've logged into the "My Member Page", click FPX under the MOLPoints Reloads section.

STEP 3:

Key in the amount that you wish to reload and click on the 'Confirm Reload' button.

• 1 – Key in the amount that you want to reload.
• 2 – The system will display the amount you wish to reload in MOLPoints.
• 3 – Click 'Confirm Reload' to proceed or click 'Cancel' if you wish to cancel the transaction.

STEP 4:

The terms and conditions will be displayed. You must accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

• Click on 'I accept the Terms & Conditions of FPX, as listed above'.
• Key in your valid e-mail address and your preferred bank of choice.
• Participating Banks:
  
• For this example, we will be using Public Bank Berhad.
• Make sure that you have an online banking account with the bank that you have selected. Click 'Submit' to proceed.

STEP 5:

• 1 – Key in your online banking User ID.
• 2 – Key in your online banking password.
• 3 – Click 'Login' to access.
  Note: This is the User ID and password of your online banking account.

STEP 6:

Request for your respective bank's Authentication Code. You may need to register in advance with your respective bank in order to obtain this.

STEP 7:

Obtain your bank's Authentication Code via the SMS or through the ATM.

In this example, the PBeBank.com Authentication Code (PAC) was sent to a registered mobile phone number via SMS.

STEP 8:

• Key in your PAC (or other bank's Authentication Code).
• Your account number will be displayed. If you have more than one account, you can choose which account you wish to use for this transaction from a drop down menu.
• You will be able to see the Transaction ID, Serial Number and more importantly the Amount of MOLPoints you are going to purchase. Click 'Submit' to process the payment.

Please take note that during this process, do not close or refresh the window. You need to receive a confirmation before closing this window.

STEP 9:

• An updated page will appear once your transaction is completed.
• You will be given a Reference Number and details of the transaction will be shown.
• We strongly recommend that you print these details for your future reference.

STEP 10:

• Closing the FPX will generate this window to indicate that you have successfully logged out of your online banking account.
• Click 'Close' to close this window.
• You have now completed a FPX transaction.

STEP 11:

• This is a confirmation window from www.mol.com to indicate that you have completed a transaction using the FPX system.
• This window will display your new MOLPoints balance after reload.
