How To Reload MOLPoints Via RHB Bank

HOW TO USE ONLINE BANKING?

STEP 1: Getting Started

  • Visit nearest RHB Bank ATM.
  • Key in your password and select "Others".
  • Proceed with the registration for Online Banking as per the on screen instructions.
  • After successful registration, logon to www.rhb.com.my.

STEP 2: Online Banking - First Time User

  • Logon to www.rhb.com.my.
  • Click "First Time User" button to enroll.
  • Key-in your 16-digit ATM or Credit Card number.
  • Enter your 6-digit Temporary Internet Pin selected at the ATM in the required field.
  • Enter your preferred SignOn ID and Password.
  • Read the Terms & Conditions and click "I Agree".
  • Welcome to rhbbank.com Online Banking.

STEP 3: Choose Your Biller

  • Click "Sign On" button.
  • Enter your SignOn ID and password and click "GO" button.
  • Click "Pay Bills" on the left side bar and select "Add Biller".
  • Select Biller - MOLPoints and enter Biller's nickname (MOL), Account No (MOLUsername) and Additional Reference No. (n/a). Do NOT select MOLPoints (CyberCafes) as it is strictly for MOLPoints Centers only.
  • MOLPoints will be your active Biller.

STEP 4: Successful Transaction

  • Go to "Pay Bill" button at left side bar.
  • Fill in the fields required and submit.
  • Details of your Bill Payment will be displayed and then click "Confirm" button to proceed.
  • Success message will be displayed. Click on the "OK" button.
  • Bill Payment summary will be displayed.
  • You may print the success message and Bill Payment summary for your future reference.

* NOTE: Your MOLPoints will be credited to your account on the Therefore please plan your MOLPoints purchases to avoid any inconveniences

  • Select Biller - MOLPoints (CyberCafes) and enter Biller's nickname (MOL),Account No (MOLOrganisation ID) and Additional Reference No.(MOLusername). Do NOT select MOLPoints (without CyberCafes) as it is strictly for direct consumers only.
  • MOLPoints (CyberCafes) will be your active Biller.

STEP 4: Successful Transaction

  • Go to "Pay Bill" button at left side bar.
  • Fill in the fields required and submit.
  • Details of your Bill Payment will be displayed and then click "Confirm" button to proceed.
  • Success message will be displayed. Click on the "OK" button.
