How To Reload MOLPoints Via Western Union

MOL Members can reload MOLPoints via Western Union agents worldwide up to a maximum of USD 125 (or RM500) balance per MOL Member Account at any one point in time.

Please note:

  • This service is strictly for MOL Members located outside of Malaysia.
  • Western Union will impose a fee for using their service. This fee shall be borne by the MOL Member.
  • The Maximum Reload is USD 125.
  • The maximum amount that you can have in your MOL Member account at any one time is RM500.00 or USD125
  • The amount of MOLPoints reloaded will depend on the exchange rate on the day payment is received by www.mol.com. For example, if the exchange rate for today is USD 1 = RM 3.65, the conversion rate to MOLPoints will be 365.

Visit any Western Union Agent locations worldwide.
Agent locations include banks, travel agencies, post offices, airports, currency exchange offices, supermarkets, grocery stores, and check cashers. Click HERE to find an agent location near you.
Steps To Send Money From A Western Union Agent Location

STEP 1:

Fill up the Money Transfer Form obtainable from the Western Union Agent. Please fill in the following Receiver details:
First Name & Middle Name: John Chee Lup

STEP 2:

Once you have completed the Money Transfer Form, submit it along with the necessary fees for Western Union and the amount you wish to transfer to your MOL Member Account.
Please note:
Western Union will impose a fee for using their service. This fee shall be borne by the MOL Member.

STEP 3:

The Western Union Agent will give you an Official Receipt which will contain a 10 digit MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). This will allow you to track the status of your money transfer online. You can do this by clicking on this link HERE and following the on screen instruction.

STEP 4:

  • Once you have obtained your MTCN, visit http://www.mol.com and login to your MOL Member account by keying in your username and password. If you do not have an existing MOL Member account please click here to register.
  • Once you’ve logged into the “My Member Page”, click Western Union under the MOLPoints Reloads section.
  • You MUST fill up the Western Union Payment Info form with the necessary information, and click Submit. We will update your MOL Member Account within 2 to 3 working day upon verifying your payment info.
